VTG 40s Yellow & Black Rayon Zip Up Dress
In good used vintage condition, w/ flaws. Dress is made of silk w/ an acetate lining under the skirt & zips up at the front chest down to a bit below the waist. The belt is missing since there are belt loops but no belt. There are two sections at the front skirt that look like pockets, but are decorative, faux pockets only & do not connect at the bottom, but are open at the top & bottom. There are dark stains all over dress, possibly color bleed from the black pattern on dress. The stitching around both armpits is a bit wonky & they look like they were mended at some point. There are holes along both sleeves & a hole at the back right skirt. There's another wonky sewn seam at the front left waist dart & more at the back right waist dart & at the right side seam. All possibly previously mended. There is staining throughout the underskirt lining. It's possible there are other small snags, holes or spots that were missed.
