Our Grading System
A - Excellent - Great Condition
With this grade, you will receive a fully functional machine at an amazing price, with this unit there are no significant marks or damage. We use these in the office!
No broken parts
There may be slight scratching/scuffing on the lid (barely visible)
It is important to note that the underside of the laptop is not considered for grading
There might be some light wear at mouse points (where your wrists rest)
Older models have a reduced battery life, which is not covered by the warranty.
AC/Power Adaptor included.
Despite normal use, PCs and desktop computer units may feature light scratches and marks. These marks will not impair performance and are not a result of shock damage. We cannot guarantee that all blanking plates will be present.
B - Very Good - Good Condition with marks / Fine
Now we are dealing with grade B machines. B stands for bargain! For those who don't care much about the finish, it may be worth it to save a few pounds in the long run.
It is important to note that Grade B may have some of the below faults, but not all!
There is no effect on usability or functionality, only cosmetics.
The screen may have slight scratches, but these will not be noticeable when the screen is on, so they shouldn't impact usage.
Lid/casing has cosmetic scratches, this is not impact damage, it is just from the product being well used
Screen latch broken or missing
There may be no rubber feet
Grade A faults may be present
Warranty - Battery Life is NOT guaranteed. They will hold a good charge (battery life will be less on older models).

C - Good - Well Used with Cosmetic Damage / Functional
We differentiate this band based on the amount of damage done to the housing, which does not affect its functionality.
They may have:
Plastics may be cracked, especially around hinges
The screen may be scratched or scuffed severely
Keyboard bezel may be cosmetically damaged
Screen bezel may be cosmetically damaged
Top cover may be cosmetically damaged
This product may contain any faults listed in Grade B

D - Damaged / Functional / May need to be repaired
We differentiate this band based on the amount of damage done to the other parts of the machine, such as keys, buttons, ports, all of which could be damaged or missing. The screen may be cracked or there could be deep scratches or pressure marks in the screen, this includes lines of LCD and missing pixels.
E Plus - Turns on / Board Activity / Screen Working
These are machines that turn on and have activity on the screen or LCD. They are suible for spares or repairs
E Minus – Non working / Still Turn on / Board Activity Present
These are machines that show some sign of activity, possibly the screen turns on, there is activity but the machines do not work and are non-functional. They will suitable to be repaired or harvested for parts.
F - Failed / Non-Functional / Unable to Turn on or access information
Our final grade is “Fail”. These are machines that are dead and we cannot turn on. We generally are unable to attain information for these units including the products specifications. This could be down to a faulty board or water damage but we are usually cannot give any further information on the unit.

Our Warranty
All of our Units that are Graded A to C will come with a 12 month warranty.
Our Units Graded D, E and F will NOT come with a warranty.
Our Returns Policy
All of our units come with a 30 Days Returns as standard.
Our Postage Policy
We will aim to despatch all of our products on a 48 hour tracked service. Unit over £400 we will aim to send on a 24 hour tracked service. We despatch everything the following working day, but aim to send our products out same-day if ordered before 2.30pm.
