The unit is yours for the full 7 nights, but you may use as many of the nights as you want.  Check in a day later, check out a day early, use it for the weekend or use it as a home base for some day or night trips, the choice is yours.

These units are weekly rentals and while you do not need to use all 7 nights, there are no discounts for using less than the full week!!

A gym and children's playground are also available at the property.

SeaWorld and Universal Studios are within a 15-minute drive from Grande Villas Resort. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away. We’re located less than four miles from SeaWorld Orlando, and within 10 miles each from Universal Studios and Walt Disney World® Resort. Vineland Premium Outlets are a10-minute drive from us. Orlando Airport MCO is 16 miles away. Enjoy our three pools, hot tubs, playground, mini-golf, and fitness center.

NOTE*: Credit Card information will be collected at Check-In by the resort for a $300 refundable security deposit hold.

The resort collects an amenities fee of $20.00 per unit/per night (plus taxes).  This fee is additional and is not included in the eBay price. The fee includes: Internet access; sports equipment (tennis, basketball, bocceball, ping-pong, shuffle boards, cornhole); barbecue equipment; mini golf; shuttle service to select theme parks; board games & lending library; self-parking for one vehicle.

Check-in time begins at 4PM, Checkout is by 10AM

Your reservation documents will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase! Please include the name of the person checking in (must match picture I.D.), address, and phone number when submitting payment. Also, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to in the comments section, as eBay does not allow attachments to their emails.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
