Rare!! I found this design with the Conch shell and nugget coral topper as a brooch in several places (some say its a HC book piece, I dont have the book) but not as a belt/ necklace with the additional tassel dangle conch shells.
Signed as shown. I thought at first it was put together but with the matching shells and coral detail on the tassel, its all def Carnegie. The construction is good, heavy
