It's a Wilesco steam toy no doubt and I believe a D series- I find none other just the same in a search so I am unable to say the exact model.  The chimney does not look original - the remainder of the engine does seem original.  I have made zero attempt to clean this up in any way- exactly as found condition.  with some distilled water and a dry fuel pellet I see no reason this wouldn't work just as intended.  Cosmetically decent, I believe should the new owner put effort toward as a clean up.    See all photos as a part of the description please.

I've learned from a friendly and helpful eBay member this is a D8 model circa 1950's or early '60s.
