All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or 1st Class Royal Mail Large Letter. Your item(s) will be posted out up to three working days once payment has cleared. Our postal dispatch days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, therefore if you purchase an item from Thursday to Friday it will not be dispatched before Monday at the earliest.

Please be aware that Free Postage is only offered to the UK Mainland, other areas of the United Kingdom may incur additional postal charges.

We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases when requested at a flat rate of £4.80 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Larger items and heavier weights may incur an additional postage charge) 

Please pay extra attention to dimensions before purchasing. We list all dimensions clearly for all products sold as we are aware that pictures on occasion may be deceiving.

Please note, all pictures that illustrate our products are taken either in direct sunlight or under LED white light to best illuminate the crystals natural colours and qualities, none of these images have been photo-shopped or enhanced in any way. Furthermore you may notice a light ring reflected on the items; this is due to the high quality and clarity of the crystals reflecting the light. Please keep in mind we aim to get the best quality out of the crystals by showing how they would look in direct sunlight or under LED white light. On purchasing you will notice that crystals may appear darker especially if placed in an area that are not well lit. 

Crystals and stones are natural products, therefore may have cracks, chips or discrepancies in shape and colour. We aim to top all our crystal Towers and Points with either wax or white tac to help protect them from accidental damage. 

Any issues please do not hesitate to contact us to find a resolution via eBay messages. 

If a refund is required you will be responsible for paying return postage and packaging on the item. A refund may then be issued on completed return of the item.
