PLEASE NOTE:

Most of my figures come straight out of a UFO catcher machine.  These will usually come with additional tape on the boxes put on by the company and not myself.  They do this to prevent the item inside from potentially falling out.  Most figures will be additionally wrapped/sealed on the inside.  All of my items are brand new and have never been opened unless stated otherwise.  If you are concerned about the additional tape or seals, please send me a message and I will provide a picture of the product in question. 

SHIPPING:

All figures are shipped via USPS Ground. 

All books are shipped via USPS Media Mail.

I try my best to ship same day, but timing of purchase may impact this.  If it’s more than about a day before I can ship it out, I will send a courtesy message.  All items are coming out of Japan but using United States mailing methods as we are stationed on a US Military base in Japan.  Delivery estimates are just that – estimates.  I am not in charge of what happens to a package during shipping.  Most of the time, items arrive when estimated.

PACKING MATERIALS:

-Figures will be shipped in reusable cardboard boxes (such as from retailers like Target, Amazon, or brand new).

-Books will be shipped either in reusable plastic bags (such as inside out Amazon packaging) or reusable cardboard boxes (such as from retailers like Target, Amazon, or brand new).

-Smaller items, such as keychains, pouches, notepads, etc. will be shipped via bubble mailer.  Additional padding and labels will be provided as need.

-Packages will include shipping material (such as air bags, bubble wrap or brown paper) if needed to prevent too much shifting around.

RETURNS:

Because I pay for shipping, I will accept returns within 14 days as long as the buyer pays for the return shipping and the item is returning in the same condition it was received.
