We recently acquired a small lot of book binder tools.  We will list a few at a time as time permits.  If this is your interest you may want to add us to your favorites list and check back occasionally.  This listing is for the tool shown.  It is unmarked.  Measures 21 1/2" long.  The brass wheel has a 3 1/2" o.d.  The edge of the wheel width is 1/8".
