There is a major mismatch on this one as the backing card is the 1992 card. The collector card is Bill Elliott. The blister is for the 1993 T-Bird casting and the car is a black and white, black window Davey Allison #28 Texaco Havoline car.

The car appears to be the 1993 Davey Allison Champion Forever retail release black and white car that would have come on the 1993 red Racing Champions backing card. That car would have been a later 1993 release normally.

I acquired this in a large lot of other Racing Champions cars decades ago and had all the cars stored since.

My guess is this error could have been made one of two ways:

The previous owner had some open package items and some packaging that fell apart cleanly and just stuck this Allison car in with the Elliott packaging--OR--Someone at Racing Champions ran out of the 1993 packaging and used 1992 backing cards and Elliott collector cards to pack. 

If the previous owner repacked this, they did a superb job as I cannot see any evidence this has been apart previously. And the blister is for the 1993 Ford casting.
