Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. If this is not possible please advise and we will endeavour to provide a solution. If payment has not been received within 7 days of purchase, then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and on the 8th day a final fee credit logged. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been despatched. Refund Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your products or you want to exchange them, you can return them within 14 days to us unused, in the original packaging, including any tags and labels and in a perfect and saleable condition at your expense (unless otherwise agreed). Stockings and tights will not be refunded if you have tried them on sorry this is a hygienic issue for resale. so please if you are unsure please do not try them on please just return for full refund You will then receive a full refund less the original cost of postage (i.e. full refund for the cost of the item) or an exchange to the same value as the item originally purchased.
