Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Refund Replacements

Stockings and tights will not be refunded if you have tried them on sorry this is a hygienic issue for resale. so please if you are unsure please do not try them on please just return for full refund You will then receive a full refund less the original cost of postage (i.e. full refund for the cost of the item) or an exchange to the same value as the item originally purchased.
