    • Customers should leave their initials & date in the "Note to Seller" at the time of purchase.
    • The engraved initials & date will appear in capitals unless specified otherwise by the customer.
    • Each wooden tag is approximately 4cm x 3cm and comes with two holes for threading ribbon or twine.
    • Custom orders are always welcome. Let us know if you need a different quantity, size, shape or design.

    • Payment is required immediately upon placing an order, and orders will be processed once payment is cleared.
    • Despatch (shipping) occurs within 3-5 working days of receiving clear payment.
    • Customers are advised to contact the us if they need the item sooner to ensure requirements can be met.
    • Postage is via RM 2nd class.
    • Returns are generally not accepted unless there's an error on the our part. For damaged items in transit, customers are instructed to contact the us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging for investigation.
