Unit was recently de-installed from a working environment and is guaranteed to arrive in reliable working condition. the illustration on some of the buttons on the bottom of the touchpad are partially worn off...but the function of each is still easily discernible. Other than that...the touchpad is in very good and presentable used condition and will arrive exactly as pictured.
