Size is 8.5”x7.75” & opens up. So adorable & small to not take for ever if wanting to remake by painting into a gingerbread house display. It has capacity to do a porch light & door bell & possibly dog bark but I did not have batteries to check it out so not sure if that part works, it takes 3 LR44 batteries. No cracks or chips & does open so you can see rooms inside. I believe it is called My Happy Family dollhouse but not positive as couldn’t find info on it. Good condition for age. Great little piece
