PAYMENT OPTIONS

Complete payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order (buy-it-now option) or winning your bid. We will ship the package only after the payment has been verified and cleared.

We will only ship to the address we receive from PayPal. We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. If you have any questions please call us before paying and we will be happy to help.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Purchased items will be shipped to your PayPal listed address only. We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO. Most packages are signature required and will be insured for auction winning amount. Gift cards will only be mailed with delivery confirmation. We will not send numbers to the cards over email.

We cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.

We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our shipping department. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address. We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. We also will not cancel an order if it has already been sent for shipment. You have to receive the order and send back on your cost.

The shipping cost stated in this auction is valid only for the 48 contiguous US states. We use either FedEx , UPS or USPS at our discretion to ship the item. 

We guarantee up to 10 business days from the day you paid until delivery of the package (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). We will keep this guarantee and if needed we will expedite shipping at no additional cost for you. We will email you the tracking number once we ship the package to you. If a package is needed prior to the promise by date, you will have to pay the difference in shipping costs via PayPal.

Shipping insurance is included on all purchases. If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier the buyer will be responsible for filing it. If you file a claim or you suggest the package was damaged during shipping, you must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. 

RETURN POLICIES

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. If they have been used or opened, a restocking fee may apply and will be determined once our review is done. We have and will take action outside eBay when it comes to mail fraud or package/item tampering. We ship and package in a video monitored facility to ensure the quality and contents are what the listing states. If the package quality or condition differs from what is stated, then it is your responsibility to process claims through USPS or the alternate shipping option we provided. 

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return an item. All returns must be approved by eBay prior to returning. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return. Make sure we authorized your return. Any attempt at mail fraud is reported to the carrier and authorities right away. 

Please contact us through the eBay message system if there are any issues or questions so that everything can be tracked and documented. We may have a slight delay in response during weekend and night hours.
