How to use
1.The probe is clamped to the machine spindle by means of a tool holder, slightly loosened. Two fastening screws opposite each other at the bottom adjust the four symmetrical adjustment tops on the sides.
The ball end of the wire adjustment probe coincides with the center of the spindle.
2.There is no need to rotate the spindle when measuring alignment, and the alignment measurement allows the probe to rotate 180° for more accurate measurement.
3.The probe supports X, Y, Z three-direction measurement, reciprocating positioning accuracy ≤ 0.01, XY deflection range 0-6 °, Z-direction telescoping range of 1mm, beyond the safety range will damage the probe and the probe.
4.Probe built-in two CR16163V lithium button batteries, insufficient to loosen the fastening screws to adjust the top line, remove the top cover to replace, replace the battery positive and negative, and readjust the probe center position setting after replacement.
5.The side head does not support the detection of insulating materials and insulating bed.
6.The probe head supports dust and a small amount of dripping and waterproof, long time without dripping and flushing.
