We accept PayPal payment only.

Payment must be received within 5 Days from the date of purchase.

1. All items will be dispatched within 2-5 days when payment clear.

2. The shipping is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the parcel.

3. All orders are shipped via most economical yet SAFE way possible.

4. If buyer provided wrong address , buyer should pay for the shipping fee or we will only refund 90% of the item price for free shipping items.

Faulty (Unused): In the event, you received a defective item, the buyer has 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request for an exchange. After 30 days we are unable to offer an exchange replacement or refund.

Unopened Product: You may return an unopened unused product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in original condition, unopened and in original packaging. Please contact us before attempting to return the item. A refund will be given once the item has been reviewed by us and deemed in original condition. The cost of return postage must be paid by the buyer.
