Dispatch
All our orders are dispatched on the
same day for orders
placed before 12 noon except on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public
Holidays. We
currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, so any orders processed
after 12
noon on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We take care to ensure all our orders
are packaged correctly
to protect the item during transit, however once they are handed over
to Royal
Mail, it is out of our hands. In

event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture
of the
damaged item along with all packaging material and we will then arrange
for it
