Vintage 70s or 80s Distressed Boston Celtics style polyester sports/basketball jersey tank top double-sided white # 23 in Medium by California Flash.  Maybe a group or local sport team jersey with the same name of "Celtics" ? Item has had many years of fun based on the cigarette burns and bottom hem coming apart.  It was someone's treasure for certain...and now it can be yours! Light, bright and still wearable all these years later! Cool retro find for the lovers of artful tattered rags! GenX approved!
