This vintage handmade handbag features a unique design with thatched woven material in beige and gold and gold metal handles and clasp. Clasp is in good working order. The bag was hand crafted in Hong Kong using a combination of metal and possibly bamboo. The doctors bag style is perfect for many occasions and will add a touch of vintage charm to any outfit. Inner lining has some staining, probably from make-up, I have not tried to get them out. Handles also have some of the gold finish coming off. Otherwise in good condition. This was my grandmother’s, she passed away in the early 1980’s. Judging by photos of her carrying the handbag, I believe it is from the 1960’s or 1970’s. Please see photos for details.
