Former library books. Heavy wear to dust jackets. It looks like way too much glue or moisture of some sort was used to attach the library card slot in Volume I. The next couple of pages are a bit puckered up (see last photo). Overall the books are in pretty nice condition for their age. No markings noticed in the text. See all photos.
