This is a cabinet photo of a beautiful aristocratic girl dressed in lace dress accented with copious flowers. Her regal doo is complete with garland. The photographer is Scwhartz Sandor of Trenscen. This photo came from a photo album related to an Austro-Hungarian Aristocratic Family.


his photo is in very good condition. It has a few moderate blemishes: mild rubbing on the left side, a couple of faint marks. Very minimal foxing if at all. Otherwise, the photo has a fresh look for its age, and the image remains sharp.


Currently up for sale, we have a number of photos related to an Austro-Hungarian Aristocratic Family dating from the late 1890s through the 1910s. These images come from a family photo album and may show members of the powerful Csak, Csesneky family who occupied Trencsin Castle, which in now located in the Trencsen district in North Western Slovakia. The photos collected in the album display families in very fine fashion, high-ranking military officials, and university professors.
