From the early 1900s, made in France by 2 Airs this is the "Bohemian Girl" cameo silver metal music powder box - it needs some TLC, but it still plays and the powder puff is in nice shape (I can't verify if it is the original or not).  The silver metal has a few dents and one of the bottom feet is missing.  Right now it has a makeshift foot.  It measures 4 1/2 inches tall.
