Important Notice

Thank you for being kind to the environment and looking to buy from second hand. But, please understand this item will show marks of use; minor scratches and scuffs. A squiggly line here, a painted dot there. But nothing that would have impact on proper functionality.

This is a previously used computer which we have restored by making appropriate changes to enhance its appearance and functioning. You will not receive software support, recovery media, or installation discs.  The hard drive comes loaded with a recovery partition that will restore your Dell system if needed.

Returns


We inspect each unit before shipping, and we work hard to deliver the best quality products to you. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the return policy period. We will work even harder to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you find your item(s) defective you may return it for exchange. To receive exchange for defective or damaged products, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. If a product can not be replaced due to availability, a similar agreed upon product may be substituted of equal value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for returns that are not defective.


Shipping


We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders are prepared and shipped within two (3) business days.

This item ships by USPS (1 to 5 business days), or Free Local Pickup.  Shipping to confirmed Paypal addresses only.

Please contact us if you have special shipping requirements; we will happily work to accommodate your requirements. Insurance coverage is available upon request.

We only ship to the Continental U.S. (the lower 48 states)

We DO NOT ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or internationally.

Insurance on items is not included and can be purchased if requested.


Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty starts from your purchase date and covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us. 

If your problem cannot be resolved by phone, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through EBAY MESSAGES or Phone. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time.
