As we sometimes sell old/outdated technical hardware please satisfy yourself that it is what you need before you bid as we will not refund on goods that are not what you expected/needed, or that you are unable to get hold of drivers/leads/information etc. also note that as most of our goods are second user we offer no warranty on built in battery packs. Packaging may be incomplete and there may be marks and or scuffs etc on the products.
All items sent will require a signature on delivery and if a parcel is returned to us as undelivered we will have to charge again for re-posting, we pack all products with care and all items delivered by courier need to be checked for contents before signing as if you sign you are signing acceptance that the goods and condition are what you ordered and we will not enter into any refunds etc for damage or parts missing from your order once you have signed for it.
