Powers up. I could not get it to play , but it did record . Not sure how to work this so it might be non working or operator error . Sold as is for parts or repair . Charged overnight and still will not power up unless plugged into the charger. Some scratches . Comes with 5 discs . One in camera , two are used and two are new still sealed.
