DELIVERY

We offer free postage within the UK on all our products unless stated otherwise. The couriers we may use include: Royal Mail, Yodel, DX and DPD.

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Mon - Fri only).

Once an order is dispatched you will receive an email. All the goods are shipped from our UK warehouse via tracked service. Goods under our standard free delivery service normally take 2-5 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in case of postal delays. Deilvery times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and desitination, particularly during peak periods.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. It is important to note, as soon as funds have been received, goods are instantly released to the distribution centre, immediately processed and then dispatched with our courier.Should you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been processed, a charge of £5 per parcel will apply and your delivery date may be subject to a short delay.

If you provide us with any incorrect delivery details which results in the order being delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.

If for any reason your parcel has been attempted to be delivered more than twice and failed then a card will be left by the courier with instructions for you to follow. In the case of Royal Mail it is possible that they may only attempt one delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier using the card left by them and rearrange delivery or arrange to collect the item. If you fail to do this and it is sent back to us as RTS (Returned To Sender) then an admin fee of £5 will be applied. This admin fee also applies to orders placed under the 'click and collect from Argos' scheme.

We are pleased to offer express shipping at an additional cost. If you require this service please select this option from the delivery options on top of the listing.

For next day delivery we use YODEL, DPD and DX. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.

Additional postage costs will be incurred to the following areas:

- Republic of Ireland
- Scottish Islands
- Channel Islands
- and all other islands off the mainland.

PAYMENT

PayPal is generally the preferred method of payment for eBay due to its speed and security offered to both buyers and sellers alike. If you do not have a PayPal account, there is an option within the PayPal checkout for buyers to enter their debit/credit card details to complete the eBay transaction quickly and efficiently. Orders received by us are held for a maximum of 5 days. After such time, if no payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel the order. However, stock is prioritised to orders on a first come, first serve basis for those which provide immediate payment. Therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of stock for orders which have been placed, but cleared funds have not been received.

To avoid delays on delivery please make sure accurate address information is provided, taking into consideration that a delivery address entered through eBay can often be super-seeded by a set address in your PayPal account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If the goods are faulty then the standard statutory rights apply. All our products sold through our ebay store are covered by the 30 day right to cancel policy. To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 30 days from the day you receive your goods by contacting us via eBay messaging system stating your order date and user ID. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by us in the original state, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed or used . Items must be returned by a registered Courier or the Royal Mail for insurance purposes.

Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund includes the full price of the goods; any deposit/part payments and the cost of the original standard delivery service (premium delivery services will not be refunded). The refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This refund will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If your item is delivered by our couriers Yodel or DX then please inspect your goods upon delivery. If you suspect any damage has occurred to your item or if the packaging looks damaged then please sign the delivery note as 'Goods Damaged' or reject the delivery and inform us via eBay messages asap.
