New shrink sealed Pack which is again shrink wrapped with a '98 Japan Tournament Rule Book Vol.1
I wanted to verify that they it was a english version so I opened a different pack to find it double wrapped with a additional Japan book on the outside of a english box. This particular listing has not been opened at all. Photos of the Japan book is not from the cards you will get.
I have the 5 other versions also listed all of which are in the same new condition with the '98 Japan Tournament book.
Shipping will be via USPS first class.
