An intense combination of authentic spices, which gives a delicious flavour and aroma.

Leave to marinade for 24 hours for best flavour.

TIKKA GLAZE INGREDIENTS

Minced ginger and garlic, vegetable oil, sunflower oil, mint, concentrated lemon juice, water, ground coriander, tomato puree, ground fenugreek, ground cinnamon, gram flour may contain cereals containing gluten salt, ground cardamom, ground turmeric, chilli powder, ground cumin, minced onion, acidity regulator (acetic acid), lemon oil, citric acid, ground mustard seeds, spice extracts, tamarind paste, lime juice, mace powder, potassium metabisulphite, natural colours, beetroot red, red colouring, (sodium chloride, tartrazine, carmosine, allure red), brilliant blue E102, E122, E129, E133, E211, E223, ground cloves, sugar, curcumin, dried spearmint, stabilizer xanthan gum.

Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight. Once opened use within 3 days and refrigerate.
