Defective products must be notified within 7 days after delivery. Goods found to be not defective will remain until re-postage fee is received. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a refund.
Please note that the cost of return shipping for non-faulty "change of mind" items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Listed shipping charge for courier items is for UK mainland addresses only. For orders to the Channel Islands, Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland delivery charges may vary, please contact us before placing an order to find out exact cost. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (not inc Sat/Sun)
