The lens is in excellent, like new condition with no scratches or signs of wear, but has some small imperfections on the bottom left lens where the blinker is, see pic 4. All tabs are intact and the light has no damage. LEDs have been tested and work, this light is complete and ready for installation! 

Keep in mind that these lights come in two versions, this is the 3 projectors LED headlight that comes on the Limited model only, as shown in the last image.
