This is an original promotional item/gift produced for Almex, the ticket equipment suppliers; it's a desktop magnetic paper-clip dispenser (size approx 3½" diameter x 2" high - 95mm x 50mm) made in Taiwan and dating from the mid-2010s. It's boxed and comes with a small quantity of clips. 

• It's in very good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of handling, as new (please check both scans); it will be posted in a card-backed/padded envelope for added protection.
