Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal or Credit Card. Paid in U.S. Funds. Payment is expected within 5 business days.   If the item is not paid for within that time the item will be relisted.

Shipping

If your item was purchased over the weekend, it will not ship out until Monday.  I will combine shipping on multiple items, please contact me to plan for combined shipping.  If you would like your item insured, please add $2.50 to your billing total.  All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 through USPS shipping.  Most items ship within 2 - 3 business days of cleared payment.  Handmade Items will be shipped within a week of the order.  Large handmade custom orders may take longer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Currently returns are not accepted. For handmade items I will send a picture before shipping to make sure it meets the customers satisfaction, so no refunds will be accepted after that approval to ship from the customer.  If an item is damaged due to the Postal Service or shipping company, and insurance was not requested this seller is not liable.  You will need to make a claim against the Postal Service or shipping company.

Vintage and Antique or NEW Items

We do sell vintage and antiques.  Due to past unregulated standards in the past, there may be some natural flaws or blemishes.  Expect normal wear and tear of vintage and antiques because it is rare to get either in excellent condition. If an item is marked new, then it is NEW or NEW old stock that has never been used.  Some new items may or may not have original packaging.

Cleaning items

Since we also sell used items, we do try to clean up items that are used before we ship them.  We use Lysol and Clorox wipes or spray Lysol cleaner on most items.  We wash the Clothes in Tide cold water.  We do have pets but not in our shop, but I cannot guarantee a hair or two will not get on some items transferred from our own clothes.  None of the people in my shop smoke but we do get items from all over and I cannot guarantee the items didn’t come from a smoke free home.

For items that are marked as vintage or antiques, please expect wear that is consistent with the age of the item.  I try to be as accurate as possible describing the listed item.  I include several pictures of all the items I list.  If you would like specific pictures, please do not hesitate to ask for them.  Also, feel free to ask questions, I will get an answer back to you as soon as I possibly can.
