Uncirculated (UNC): As issued. No wear but may have handling marks from packaging. Design remaining about 100% + lustre

Almost uncirculated (aUNC): Slightest wear. Design remaining about 95% + some lustre

Extremely Fine (EF): Only slightest wear on highest parts of design, e.g on hair and other fine lines. Design remaining about 90%

Very Fine (VF): Fair degree of wear of fine points, but design remains relatively sharp. Design remaining about 75%

Fine (F): Light wear on all high points, but design & lettering remains distinct. Design remaining about 50%

Very Good (VG): Considerable wear, with most high points worn smooth, but lettering remains distinct. Design remaining about 25%

Good (G): Major parts of design remain distinguishable despite extensive wear. Design remaining about 10%
