These are Latigo leather straight curbs with a single solid brass buckle and leather loops. There are more hardware choices available with more to come, see other items or check out the Ebay store. These may be cut these from my Latigo "straight bin" meaning the piece of leather that I cut off from a side of leather so I can use my strap cutter to cut straps from the side. For an example, when cutting out a saddle, and after laying everything out, from the side that I am cutting the stirrup leathers I would straighten that portion. Then use my strap gauge to cut the stirrup leathers. Same for cutting latigos or cutting straps for some other strap goods. Pretty soon you have a box full of that first piece off of a side of leather. That leather works great for curb straps and cinch hobble straps. I also may use a straight piece that was left over from another strap goods project to build, like a headstall or may cut them straight from the side of latigo.
