Old  - Embossed - B & BL Co. - Boston, USA -  Cast Iron Pulley with Swivel Hook    Slot at top on side for which I think is an over the rail pulley such as used for hanging meat in a cooler. Just my guess. Weighs 3lbs 12 ounces. Has wear, scuffs and scratches to finish as is the norm for pre-owned tools. Settled dust/dirt from years in storage. Works fine.
