This is a genuine circa 1880 Staffordshire fairytale figurine featuring Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf is curled at her feet.
The hand-painted ceramic figurine is an original piece from the Victorian era and is a beautiful addition to any collection. The figurine stands at 5 3/4 inches tall.
Some wear and manufacturing flaws but as nice an example as you could hope to find.
A small piece of pottery is rattling around inside the ceramic figure.
