Made in premium soft black leather, these ladies double handle shoulder bags, double strap style handbags by Quenchy London are stylish and highly practical. This handbag features 9 pockets and compartments. The three main compartments of the hand bag are full length and full height, 2 are zipped, one with a popper closure. On the end of the bag is a separate zipped umbrella compartment. Inside one compartment is a small zipped pocket. On the front and rear of these shoulder hand bags are four further zipped pockets of various convenient sizes.
These handbags are real leather on the outside, nylon lined on the inside and the handbags long shoulder straps are matching faux leather for strength as regular leather of this soft quality would not be strong enough. Payment
Payments must be made within 7 days of a completed winning bid or "buy it now", sale. Please remember that when you bid, you are entering into a contract to buy. Payments are only accepted via eBay, this ensures practically immediate dispatch, you are protected against fraud, and is THE most secure method. You do NOT need a paypal account.

Shipping
We aim to post the very next day after cleared payment is received, sometimes we are able to post the same day if the order is cleared early enough. We don't earn anything on the postage and packing, we don't aim to either. We charge roughly 50p - £1 on top of the actual Royal Mail cost, this basically covers the cost of the mail-order bags and the labels bought directly from Royal Mail. We are also charged £450 per year for Royal Mail to pick up our parcels daily.

International items can take: Ireland: 1-3 weeks Malta: up to 4 weeks Rest of Europe 2-3 weeks, Rest of the world 3-6 weeks. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us within 30 days. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. In the event that a customer has made a bad purchasing decision, we will allow the item to be returned within 30 days, our top tip for the unwanted cost of returning an item, read our description and size measurements thoroughly as all photos must be the same viewable size on Ebay. The buyer must pay the return postage by recorded delivery.
