Up for auction is this 1944 WEST INDIES DISTILLERIES INC whiskey bottle in a 4/5th quart size. From PONCE, P.R. 

FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE embossing present.

Bottle is in good shape overall, no cracks or chips. Bottle is a bit stained and could be cleaned much better. Bottle is roughly 11 inches tall. See pics
