Includes both quick start guides for Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional. Not sure if both versions are on the disks or not.

Shipping

We ship mostly USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground usually within 2 business days. Tracking number is uploaded automatically. If an item is listed with "Free Shipping", we reserve the right to choose the service. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday, so we do not do any shipping on Sunday or Monday so please keep that in mind when buying. Delivery can take 1-5 days depending on where you live.
