Activation:

After receiving the SIM Card, you MUST contact us and provide us with the requested information. We will activate the sim card for you and apply the 30-day service. Please allow up to 24 hours for the activation to complete. Holidays, wekends & Unexpected Acts of God may delay the activation process. Normal Hours 9am to 5pm Central Time Monday to Friday.

For Physical SIM Cards Activation:

The SIM Card Number that You have received from us (19 digits)
Your Phone’s 15-Digit IMEI
Your 5-Digit ZIP Code (used to generate the 3-digit area code for your phone).
Tip: Dial *#06# from your phone to display the phone’s IMEI

For ESIM Activation - iPhones ONLY (The phone device must be located in the USA & the ESIM must be available or unused):
We will not ship you a physical SIM Card
Your Phone's 32-Digit EID - Tip: Dial short code #06# on your device to find the EID and IMEI
Your Phone’s 15-Digit IMEI
Your 5-Digit ZIP Code (used to generate the 3-digit area code for your phone).
Tip: Dial #06# from your phone to display the phone’s IMEI
After sending the request for esim activation, KEEP THE PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI and you will receive a notification to your phone that directs you to install the esim on your phone.
When sending us the request for ESIM Activation, MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI TO RECEIVE THE ESIM INSTALLATION PROFILE.
You will get a new phone number. The Phone number will have the area code that you requested (based on the Zip Code) if available, otherwise the system will select an available area code for your region. Please Note that you will not be able to choose the phone number. One more time, to receive the offer that we have here, you must allow us to do the activation for you If you contact anyone else, or activate the sim card by any other means, you will have to pay the full price of the service plan, and this offer will be voided. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR THE PLAN AT THAT TIME. SO PLEASE CONTACT US AND WAIT FOR THE ACTIVATION TO COMPLETE!

Returns & Cancellations:

This is a prepaid service, once the SIM card is activated, there will be no returns accepted, No Refunds, No Exchanges, and the service can't be cancelled. So, please Do Not Proceed with the activation request if you are not 100% sure that you want it.

Which Phones Work with this service:

It is the buyer's responsibilty to make sure that the phone device is non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, unlocked VoLTE 4G, 5G GSM, or VoLTE 4G, 5G T-Mobile phone. This SIM card and all the features of the service plan are meant to work with cellphones ONLY. No other devices are allowed.
