Great Condition! I am not sure if the drawstring is original; it's like a rough linen. These pants have a double, lightweight layer. Please see the photos and measurements below.

When flat, the waist measures 17 inches and can stretch to 19 inches. 

The inseam (crotch to the bottom leg) measures 29 inches. 

When flat, the hip area measures 20.5 inches.    

The rise (top of belly band to crotch) is 9.5 inches.
