Will fit a 23" Dia. Head Tightly measures 11-1/4" across and roughly 9" tall Not including Pom 

Item was displayed in a shadow box with 20 Ski Resort Pins attached . Otherwise in very good condition showing minimal use , Detailed cleaning may be required . I did not clean not knowing the exact fabric contents
