Customers are advised to check their goods before signing for them. Parcels received damaged, opened or tampered with should be rejected whereupon they will be returned to us. Lost/damaged orders
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made in writing within 12 days from date of dispatch. In cases of ‘non delivery’ for TNT or DHL deliveries customers are advised to wait 7 days before submitting their claim.
Please note that on the rare occasion you have not received your order sent by Royal Mail in the expected time frame we have to wait three working weeks before a lost in post claim form can be put through. The reason we allow for three working weeks to elapse is items will be returned to the sender if not delivered within that time period.
