The item listed for sale is a rare, brand new with tags, authentic and original Adidas, Liverpool, 3rd, long sleeved, player issue shirt.

Derived from Liverpool's 2008 - 2009 season.

The shirt is essentially green with black collar.

The main body of the shirt is made with a subtle vertical stripe pattern 

The usual three stripes travelling down the long sleeves are broken for badge insertion and finished in white coloured, rubberised / pvc compound material.

The rear of the shirt displays the Liver bird below the collar.

The front upper central chest section displays the traditional ' Adidas ' logo and name in a thick white coloured pvc / rubberised compound material.

Sited on the upper left hand side chest section is the club badge which is fully embroidered in red, white, green 

and yellow threading. 

This is an unsponsored ' European ' shirt so devoid of displaying the alcoholic sponsors name of Carlsberg which 

is screening prohibited against French clubs.

The front bottom hemline displays the ' Formotion ' name in black lettering.

The original Adidas / Liverpool FC swing tags are attached

The shirt comes supplied in a Adult's size Extra Large ( XL ) but this is deceiving as the product was made 

a size smaller to prevent opposing players grabbing the shirt.

I've measured the shirt from under armpit to under armpit and noted it measures approximately 22 1/2 inches 

( 22.5" ) across the chest.

The shirt will therefore fit someone with a chest size up to 45 inches ( 45" ) prior to stretching.

Machine Washable at 40 Degrees

Made from 100% Polyester

Adidas player issue production code number 051682 applies.

This is a truly stunning example - superb for a Liverpool shirt collector.
