One of the keys has a crack. It powers on, and sound is confirmed to be produced from all keys. I've also checked sound tones and volume adjustments, but details beyond that are unconfirmed. It's being sold with the main unit and a soft case.

Payment

Please make the payment within 5 days after the auction has ended.

Shipping

We will ship via FedEx. Items such as CDs and documents will be sent via Japan Post.

The handling time is 1-7 days.

Please be aware that we are open only on weekdays, so we cannot ship items on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.

For shipping to other areas, please inquire.

If you purchase two or more items from me, I can combine them and offer a discounted shipping cost.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the item description.

If you wish to return the item, please do so within 14 days from the date of receipt,

and we will issue a full refund once the return is processed.

Please note that returns based on subjective reasons such as the buyer's personal preference or the item being

dirtier than expected will not be accepted.

We kindly ask you to carefully review the provided photos before making a purchase.

In case of product defects or damages during transit, we will also provide a refund.

Please note that returns for items labeled as junk or intended for parts-only purposes are not accepted.
