Delivery
So you’ve just ordered your brand new PC. When can you expect it?
APC Courier Delivery
We offer a FREE* UK delivery as standard on all PCs. As all systems aren’t the same (there are billions of component combinations inside a PC!) we can’t have every PC already built on the shelf ready to go. So, we have a build time when your PC is ordered. This is between 2-5 working days which includes our technicians building your PC from scratch and fully testing each component for performance drops and total optimisation. Your PC will also receive an incredible expert wiring service for FREE, which means no interference with any components, and if your chosen PC has a side window it will look even more awesome!
Because we build every system to order, delivery will be approx 1 week after ordering. ~Once we have despatched, you should expect delivery the next working day (Except Highlands and Islands). *
Delivery Service
- We use APC courier service to deliver your goods. We use Interlink because they offer a great service for customers that other couriers can’t compete with. We have tried other couriers over the last 20 years, but we always end up going back to APC because their service is second to none.

- You will receive a message on the morning of delivery giving you a 2 hour delivery timeslot window! (You will have needed to provide on your order up to date email or telephone details so the courier can contact you with this information)
- Easily change your delivery to a neighbour’s address (handy if you’re out all day) or reschedule your delivery by simply sending a text or email!
*FREE UK Delivery is to Mainland UK only. Excludes Highlands and any Islands. You can find delivery charges to these areas through entering your postcode into the eBay Postage and Payments tab, or contact us directly.

Warranty
At Ginger6, we only offer the best quality goods and services, the highest craftsmanship and the up-most attention to detail on every system we develop. Unfortunately, things can go wrong, and we know the hassle and costs involved when one of the components becomes faulty. A major nuisance can be an intermittent fault that occurs infrequently and can cost a lot of money in terms of labour hours to diagnose and remedy. Thats why we offer an unbeatable warranty that will go beyond our customers expectations.
Before being dispatched, your PC will be thoroughly tested to ensure everything is in working order.Should things ever go wrong, weve got you covered.
We offer an incredible 3 years Bronze warranty as standard! This means in the first year of your warranty, we'll cover all the parts, labour and shipping costs. The following 2 years we will cover all labour costs only!
Overclocking, modifications and removal of any serial numbers will effect the warranty.
Operating systems and software are NOT covered by warranty. If the problem is found to be caused by either software or user error, you will have to notify the software manufacturer of the issue. Ginger6 will not be liable for this.
