Alterations or adding new information CANNOT be changed at a later time due to the order being send to production as soon as received. If any additional messages are sent after the order, requesting additional information or change of details - this will not be added.

PERSONALISATION AVAILABLE:
Mr & Mrs only + 1 Surname - we do not add double barrel names or 2 first names on this horseshoe and up to 40 characters - letters and numbers only - around the outer horseshoe.
***We do not add accents above or below letters or any form of emojis ie ♥*** if these are sent they will not be added. Emojis are received by us by as just a # symbol.
We do not add text in all capital letters as it limits the characters.
Choice of ribbon colours.
Ribbon will not be attached to horseshoe.

Unfortunately, we do not have the time to confirm personalisation or send photos of item once produced.
Predictive text can often alter words so check over before sending that what you send to us is what you want printed.
If we have any queries, we will contact you within 24 hours by Ebay message.
As these are personalised, they are not returnable - as we have no use for them once personalised.
In the unlikely event your horseshoe arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item ***WITH THE PROTECTIVE FILM STILL ATTACHED*** along with the damaged packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not refund or send replacements if the protective film has been removed from the silver mirror horseshoe.
