I measure each item individually to help give you the most accurate fit. Some items may be more flexible in sizing depending on the stretch and fabric content. To get an idea of the size try comparing the measurements against a similar item that fits you well. If you require a different measurement I am happy to provide it, so please ask.

*Sizing Note: Item has no stretch.

Shoulder to shoulder: 16" - I take the measurement from shoulder to shoulder laying flat.

Bust: 17" - I take the measurement from armpit to armpit laying flat.

Waist: 12" - the waist is measured from side seam to side seam.

Hips: 14.5" - measured from side seam to side seam.

Length: 36" - 40" - I measure the length from the highest shoulder point to the bottom of the item, the hem is aysymetric so i have provided the shortest and the longest points.

PAYMENT

Please pay within 48 hours, if for some reason this is not possible please message and let me know.

SHIPPING

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. 

Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 1pm.

Items purchased on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

I send all shipments tracked or with signed for delivery. For your security I only dispatch your order to the address or click and collect store that you provide at the checkout.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

If your item is faulty or I have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to me within 14 days and I will give you a full refund or replacement.

No returns if items have been opened/used.
