RARE CABINET CARD - CIRCUS BARNUM - MILLIE CHRISTINE - CONJOINED AFRICAN TWINS - You are considering an extremely rare cabinet photo of Millie Christine, the world famous conjoined African American twins who were originally born into slavery and displayed in circus sideshows. This particular image was taken later in their lifetime after they had purchased their own freedom. The backside even has a wonderful notation, "Given at Granite Hall October, 1890." The image is by the renown photographer, Olivier. The cabinet photo has good contrast, tonal range and sharpness. I will ship this cabinet card carefully packaged by Priority Mail to the lucky winner.

CONDITION: Please view my detailed photos for the actual condition of the image and as part of my description. The cabinet photo has good contrast, tonal range and sharpness. The mount is in fine condition with a beautiful backmark and the hand written notation. Here is a super rare and highly desirable image for your own personal collection of photography or to adorn your collection of circus history. NOTE: I have another cabinet card of the TWO HEADED NIGHTINGALE that is also signed by these legendary performers.

NOTE: I will be selling a large number of early American Circus related cabinet cards and CDV's in the coming weeks.
